Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta has taken the subscription of Lido Learning for his Child while taking the subscription he was told by the agent that he can unsubscribe from the services whenever he wants to.
After using the Lido Learning for some days Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta child stopped using their services when he contacted Lido learning to unsubscribe he was denied stating that he cannot unsubscribe from there services once subscription was taken.
Even after connecting with the opposite party numerous times regarding unsubscription, he was denied for it and EMI was continuously deducting from his account.
After so many failed attempts with Lido Learning Mr. Gupta connected with Consumer Chanakya for the resolution of his matter.
Consumer Chanakya took up the matter with the Lido learning team and their cooperative team helped us to get the matter resolved. Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta received the refund for all the EMI that he had paid and all the future EMIs had been waived off.
