Team Jan Cyber Suraksha was successful in getting refund initiated for Mr. Rahul Vaghela from Paytm and Union Bank of India.
Mr. Rahul had booked an air ticket using Paytm, his ticket was not confirmed but his Union Bank of India account got debited.
When he asked the Paytm team they stated that the amount will be refunded into his account but when he connected his bank they denied any credit into his account.
Then he approached Jan Cyber Suraksha for the resolution of his matter.
Jan Cyber Suraksha team contacted both the parties and the matter of Mr. Rahul got resolved in a timely manner as they initiated his refund.
